How can i get a quote?

You can get as many free quotes as you need using the Order page. Just fill in the options you need. The final cost will update automatically. Projects that do not fit in the Order options (more pages, regions, blocks or specific options required) are considered bulk. Please contact us about bulk projects here.

How is the number of pages counted?

Every page within the theme that has significant layout/color-scheme changes respect to another is counted as one page. Changes at blocks / regions level are handled in the additional blocks / regions options.

Can i get a discount?

We offer a 40% discount on the 2nd page, and 50% on the 3rd. For projects involving the development of 4 or more pages, or for long-term partnership opportunities please [contact us] (/contact).

How shall i upload my layout design?

To speed up the process, please upload layered PSD, PNG, TIFF files. If layered files are not available, we can also work from flattened JPG images. Layout files should be in RGB color scheme. If the design is in CMYK color scheme, we will convert it to RGB and ask for your confirmation on the result. Please note that this may take additional time and some tints may differ from the original version. You can also upload your existing website's markup as source, we will re-slice it and turn it into a compliant Drupal theme.

What if i want to change something in the layout i sent you?

If we have not started working on your project yet, just contact us and tell us. We will note changes down and make sure they get into the final theme. For projects that are currently in the works or finished, we offer you 2 revisions on our basic price. This means you can change your mind 2 times about some layout details. If you are not completely sure about some details, you can pick 4 or 6 revisions options when ordering your theme.

How can i communicate eventual changes to my layout?

The preferable way to communicate with us about your project is via the Client Area. It is created specifically to make the communication process more convenient for you and for us, and track all communications between client and company so everything is totally clear as the order proceeds. You may also speak directly with us or get consultation via skype, or use our contact form.

What browsers do you support?

All our themes come with Internet Explorer 6/7/8, Firefox 3, Safari 4 compatibility out of the box. You can require your theme to be tested and optimized also for Safari 2/3, Firefox 2, Google Chrome and Opera 9 when you submit your order.

How will your themes look on mobile phones and portable devices?

Very well indeed. Users will be able to browse our themes on smart-phones (iPhones, Blackberries and similar), gaming consoles (Sony PSP, Nintendo Wii, Microsoft Xbox) and other PDAs.

How do you deliver your work?

We will save all the code and the necessary files in your theme's folder and subfolder to keep things tidy. The folder is typically zipped and emailed to you.

How does your Non Disclosure Agreement work?

Clients privacy is important to us: we guarantee that yours or your company information will never become public and that your copyrights will remain yours. If you need to have your NDA documents signed, you are welcome to send them by mail or fax. We will go through them and let you know whether we can sign the document and proceed.

What kind of payments do you accept?

We accept different payment methods: - Pay electronically with your regular PayPal account (easiest). - Pay with your credit card via PayPal service. - Pay with direct bank transfer (takes more time to process payment). If you are unable to use any of the above payment methods, please contact us.

What is sIFR?

Scalable Inman Flash Replacement (sIFR) is an open source JavaScript and Adobe Flash dynamic web fonts implementation used to replace text elements on HTML web pages with their Flash equivalents.

Do you do Javascript/Ajax/PHP?

We can assist you with JavaScript/AJAX/PHP. Please let us know what functionality you are looking for, and the javascript library or framework you prefer to use. We will get back to you with a custom quote.

Can you convert my actual website layout into a Drupal theme?

Yes, we can do that. The price is the same for image layout conversions. Please submit your order as usual, and provide us with a zipped archive of the HTML version of the site (html pages, css, images, etc.) so that we can open it locally. Please also let us know in which browsers the page is displayed correctly or send over screenshots of how the final page should look.

Can you clean up / fix my actual theme?

The best results are obtained when layouts are converted to CSS/XHTML from scratch. To guarantee the highest quality we always prefer to re-slice pages into a fresh theme. However, you are welcome to provide your code and contact us for a custom quote.

Can you customize an existing / open-source theme?

Yes, we can. Please contact us for a custom quote.

Can you help with the installation / setup of my theme?

We can install the theme on your server. Please provide us with the following details: - FTP access (host, login, password) - http link to the server folder - phpMyAdmin access (if possible) If the CMS is not installed on your server, we can deal with the installation. The following details will be needed in this case: - Host of the MySQL server - Login, password for DataBase - DataBase name (if it exists) If you have the CMS already installed, we will need access to the admin panel. Please let us know beforehand if any content is already present on the site. This may affect the time required for the installation. Please note that we install the theme into a fresh CMS only.

Do you offer design work?

PureDivs provides design to Drupal themes services. If you are interested in creating PSD design layouts for your site, feel free to contact us and we will be happy to recommend you a few really good designers that work at a reasonable price with quick turnaround times, or a couple of high quality pre-designed templates websites.

Can you install and/or setup Drupal for me?

We surely can. More details on the quote and timeline can be provided only after we thoroughly investigate the requirements and information concerning your custom order.
